I experienced some transmission trouble with my Mercedes last week while visiting Orlando. I had an Extended Warranty that I had purchased through my local dealership, so I had my vehicle towed to the nearest repair facility which happened to be Orlando Auto Repair. Although the shop was very busy, knowing that I was from out of town...they took the time, contacted my warranty company, and finished the repair within a few hours I simply paid my deductible and was on my way! Very friendly and helpful staff! Would definitely recommend this repair facility if you need any mechanical work done on your vehicle! BTW....I even had my oil changed while I was there, and I left completely satisfied!
Simply the BEST auto repair facility in the area! I took my vehicle over to the shop and met the Owner Leo. I let him know that I took it to two different shops and was told to me it would need major work! I decided to take it to Orlando Auto Repair as I drove right by it on my way to work. Needless to say it was repaired for just under $500 and I picked it up the next day. Thanks Leo and your team for the fair price and quick turnaround!! I would recommend them for sure!!

Getting your oil changed is always a hassle. But this was an enjoyable experience. Julio and his staff were great. They made suggestions but didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into doing anything but my oil. This was actually my wife’s car. I always hesitate to send her by herself because I’m afraid she’ll get taken advantage of. Her car needs brakes and I’ve already made an appointment and she’ll be coming by herself. I’m glad I found Orlando Auto Repair and will never go back to a dealer for service ever again. Thanks Julio
